Mandy Lin
Co-Founder and Director of Domestic Applicants
Mandy is an experienced college admissions consultant with prior experience in elite consultancies. She has also tutored students in both the ACT and SAT for 5 years, helping students reach top 1% scores. Mandy is a rising senior at Duke University with an intended Bachelor of Science in Economics as well as a certificate in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Other than Duke, Mandy gained admission to Carnegie Mellon for Computer Science, University of Southern California, University of Michigan Ross, Cornell Dyson, and other top universities in the world.
Teresa Chen
Co-Founder and Director of International Applicants
Teresa has four years of prior experience in helping international students gain admission into schools in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. With a top 1% SAT score, she has helped dozens of students through educational workshops and personalized college consultations. Teresa is a rising senior at Duke University majoring in Political Science. In addition, she has also earned admission into Cambridge, along other top universities.
Grace Lin
Director of College Consulting
Grace has multiple years of experience in the college admissions industry, having helped dozens of students get into their dream schools. With past internship experiences at top financial services firms like KKR and Bank of America, she provides valuable passion project and extracurricular insights for students aiming for top business and law schools. Grace is a student at the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University majoring in business administration. She was admitted to University of Southern California, Bowdoin College, University of Michigan Ross, and other top schools in the nation.
Raymond Wang
Director of Business Development
Raymond Wang has several years of experience in college consulting, where he has helped numerous students secure admission to prestigious research programs like SSP and achieve top SAT/ACT scores in the 99th percentile. Through internships at leading finance firms such as Bank of America and involvement in numerous community-impact initiatives, he has developed expertise in guiding students to create impactful passion projects and extracurriculars for competitive college applications. Currently, Raymond is at Columbia University pursuing a dual major in Data Science and Business Management Economics.
Erica Lin
Director of Standardized Testing
Erica has extensive experience in helping students achieve top scores in both the SAT and ACT. Having scored in the top 1% of all students in both exams, as well as 5's on 15 Advanced Placement exams, Erica knows the ins-and-outs of high school academics. At Quartz, Erica is responsible for the development of testing curriculum and learning materials for our academic tutoring and standardized testing students.
Tiffany Bui
Director of Marketing
Tiffany Bui is an expert at graphic design, website management, and content creation. At Quartz, Tiffany focuses on social media management as well as guiding students in creating their own marketing materials for different causes. She has also helped students in the process of creating websites for various nonprofits, fundraisers, and policy proposals.
Kathy Liu
Head Consultant
Kathy is a junior at Cornell University, majoring in Economics and the History of Art. She currently serves as the International Student Representative in the Cornell Student Assembly, advocating for the needs of international students on campus. With extensive experience in college consulting, Kathy has successfully guided numerous students through the admissions process, helping them gain acceptance into prestigious universities worldwide. Her own academic journey includes admission to Cambridge and offers from UC Berkeley, UCLA, and NYU along with other top universities. Combining personalized mentorship with strategic admissions insights, Kathy is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students striving to reach their educational goals.
Abraham Medina

Abraham is a dedicated college admissions consultant with a strong background in tutoring and mentorship, guiding students toward acceptance at their dream schools. Currently a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Nutrition. Alongside Penn, Abraham was also accepted to several top-tier universities, including Cornell, Johns Hopkins, Vanderbilt, and Notre Dame.
Ula Fu

Ula has many years of experience in tutoring advanced mathematics and revising essays for high school students. She attended a top 10 boarding school where she also gained experience in STEM research at Columbia University’s Medical Center and prestigious math programs like USA/Canada MathCamp. She hopes to help students interested in STEM to pursue their dream career starting at their dream college. Ula is a sophomore at the Duke University studying in Math, Computer Sciences, and Bioinformatics. She was also admitted to Cornell University, Harvey Mudd College, University of Michigan, and other top schools in the US.
Khoa Trinh

Khoa is a college admissions consultant currently studying at Stanford University. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity on the pre-medical track. Khoa is a QuestBridge Prep Scholar and Match Scholar. With a background in science research and creative writing, he is ready to guide students toward acceptance at their dream schools.
